D SC Power Solutions, Inc. utilizes the efficiency and cost advantages of contract manufacturing to build prototype and production quantities. We are committed to reducing costs while striving to maintain the highest quality of manufacturing standards possible. Our contract manufactures perform an integral part of DSC Power Solutions’ goal of achieving higher production standards while addressing the need for a continuous improvement objective.
We build prototypes and low run quantities at our contract manufacturer located in Escondidio, California. This facility is a 10,000 sq. ft., solely dedicated to the building of power related products. This includes ac to dc power supplies, dc to dc converters, battery chargers, and power distribution units (PDU). Most prototypes and low volume production quantities up to 1000 units are assembled at this location.
For higher volume production runs, depending upon the particular design and quantity, we have contract manufacturing facilities in Taiwan, China and India. These manufacturers are ISO 9001:2000 registered factories.
