Escondido, Ca Factory
We build prototypes and low run quantities at our contract manufacturer located in Escondido, California. This facility is a 10,000 sq. ft., solely dedicated to the building of power related products. This includes ac to dc power supplies, dc to dc converters, battery chargers, and power distribution units (PDU). Most prototypes and low volume production quantities up to 1000 units are assembled at this location.
For high volume production runs, we use two offshore manufacturing sites. The first factory is located in Bao An China which employs over 1000 people and is a 130,000 sq. ft. facility. The second factory employs over 500 people and has 120,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing. Both locations are ISO 9001:2000 and meet worldwide agency approvals.
